My grandmother has the most beautiful balcony in the neighborhood, and now I understand why! 🌺 I followed her advice and my geraniums “exploded” with flowers! 🌸👇
Honestly, I didn’t believe it would be this simple! I tried her secret — and I saw a spectacular difference! I’ll reveal it to you right away: check the first comment ⬇️
Geraniums are plants loved by both young and old, thanks to their vibrant colors and long blooming season. Whether you have them on your balcony, in the garden, or even on your windowsill, with the right care, they will reward you generously.
And here comes the “secret trick” my grandmother has been using for decades: a natural fertilizer made with yeast and sugar!
🔸 You’ll need:
- 1 liter of lukewarm water
- 50 g of fresh yeast
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
🔹 How to make it:
- Dissolve the yeast in a bowl.
- Add the sugar and a bit of water.
- Mix well until completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into a large bottle and add the remaining water.
- Shake the container well.
- Leave it in a warm spot for 2–3 hours to allow natural fermentation to start.
- After that, dilute the mixture with 5 liters of clean water and stir again.
How to use it:
Every three weeks, water each geranium with about 200 ml of this natural elixir. In just a few days, you’ll notice impressive blooming, shiny leaves, and strong growth.
And the best part? It’s cheap, natural, and suitable for many other ornamental plants beyond geraniums!
No wonder the most experienced gardeners swear by it — it’s food for flowers!
