A married couple with two children became the proud owners of todayās featured apartment. Despite its outdated state, the husband, originally from France, instantly fell for its architectural charm and purchased it without hesitation.
However, transforming it into a modern, stylish living space required extensive renovations.
The hallway was given a sleek makeover with gray porcelain stoneware floors and neutral-toned walls. Functional additions like a hanging console, a mirror, and a mirrored wardrobe completed the space.
The kitchen and living room were initially planned to be merged, but due to the gas stove, they opted for a stylish sliding partition instead.
In the kitchen, the ownerās love for red inspired a bold corner unit in a rich crimson hue. The backsplash and flooring were adorned with porcelain tiles, and the sink was relocated under the window for a practical yet elegant touch.
The living room features parquet flooring, exposed brick walls, and a cozy layout with a large corner sofa, coffee tables, an electric fireplace, and a TV area. A dining space with a sleek glass table adds a modern vibe.
The master bedroom combines minimalism with vibrant red accents. A patterned accent wall complements the double bed, which features built-in storage drawers.
