There was a little kitten. An ordinary cat, like thousands of others. Lived happily, well. But one day he got lost…
It happened back in 2008, when the cat was walking in the garden of his house in Great Yarmouth. The owner of the pet Mark Salisbury ran off his feet in search of the pet and already thought that he would never find him …
But already at the beginning of 2018, Harry was found in Ipswich! And that’s about 60 miles from where the cat used to live.
It turns out that for 10 years the pet did not wander the streets, but lived in the house of an elderly man. But, unfortunately, in January he died, and after his death, the cat ended up in a shelter.
Volunteers examined the animal and found an old (still from the previous owner) microchip! There was indicated the address where the cat used to live.
Harry disappeared when he was still a baby, but Mark managed to insert a microchip in time. Only thanks to such foresight the cat was found 10 years later!
When the bell rang at the man’s house, Mark couldn’t believe his ears! Nevertheless, he was very happy and immediately hurried to the shelter for his pet.
Harry is in great shape. It is immediately clear that the pensioner looked after him well.
Mark was very surprised by what happened because he thought that the cat was wandering somewhere …
Of course, the man took Harry from the shelter. So far, the animal is with his mother, but this is temporary – until Mark returns from a business trip.
Upon his return, the man will definitely take the cat to his home!
It happens! We are very glad that a home was found for the lost cat, and for all 10 years he did not have to roam the streets …
More good people in the world!
