With hundreds of tattoos and a face now covered in layers of Ink, this woman’s life has changed dramatically
đ§ âHer face became blueâand people started shutting doors on her.â Meet Melissa Sloan, a woman who has taken tattooing to the extreme, with nearly 800 inkingsâmany of them layered right over her face. đ”âđ«
A mother of two, Melissa admits that her appearance has deeply impacted her day-to-day existenceâparticularly when it comes to employment. đ
Whatâs truly astonishing, though, are the photos from her past. đČ Check out how she looked before all the ink đ
Now 46, Melissa turns heads everywhere she goes. Her body is completely tattooedâfrom the crown of her head to the bottoms of her feet.
But her passion for body art has come at a cost. Sheâs been rejected for jobs, turned away from local venues, and even banned from getting more tattoos at certain parlors.
Anyone with tattoos knows how addictive they can beâbut for Melissa, the urge never stopped. After her first design, she just kept adding more… and more.
She estimates sheâs undergone nearly 800 tattoo sessions and believes she may be the most tattooed woman alive.
How frequent are her visits to the tattoo chair? Melissa says she gets inked up to three times a week.
She revealed in an interview, âI canât find a job. I even applied to clean toilets near where I live, but they said noâjust because of how I look.â
Melissa added, âPeople assume Iâve never worked, but thatâs not true. I had a job once, though it didnât last. If someone hired me today, Iâd gladly accept.â
Her appearance has also had unintended consequences for her kids. Last year, she wasnât allowed inside for her childâs Christmas playâshe had to watch from outside the window.
âNo school events, no party invites,â she told The Mirror. âIt feels like Iâm being shut out of society.â
Even her neighborhood pub has stopped letting her inâall because of her looks. But Melissa says sheâs made peace with that.
âThereâs no going back,â she shared. âIâll keep getting tattoos as long as I canâhopefully well into my 70s.â
Her goal? To completely tattoo her entire bodyâeven if she ends up fully blue. âMy face is already turning blueâI kind of look like a Smurf,â she joked.
Melissaâs dedication to tattooing is next-level. Sheâs tattooed the same spots repeatedlyâher head and face have been covered not once, but three times.
âI want to be in the Guinness World Records,â she said. âI probably already have the most tattoos of anyone. And if not yet, Iâm sure I will soon. I keep layering them.â
Ironically, despite her love for tattoos, some studios have started to turn her away. Her commitment is so intense, even tattoo artists are drawing the line.
Still, Melissa remains bold and unbothered. She proudly showcases her transformation, sharing old pictures to highlight how far sheâs come on her tattoo journey.
