After buying this apartment, which was in desperate need of renovation with its outdated “grandmother’s” style, the couple had no choice but to give it a major makeover.
The apartment’s condition left much to be desired, so they quickly came up with an innovative plan and got to work.
For the entrance, they chose durable laminate flooring, while the walls were painted a neutral gray. They also installed a functional storage system to maximize space.
In the kitchen, they went for a rich gray color on both sides, as the layout had gas and water lines on opposite walls.
Given the kitchen’s small size, they decided to transform it into a full-fledged dining area, making it the perfect space for family and friends to gather. Vintage touches were added to complement the overall interior.
For the bedroom, they selected a calming blue color. Surprisingly, it became their absolute favorite, and they never tire of it.
Since the other rooms were painted in gray, they wanted their bedroom to have an accent wall to make it stand out.
The children’s room was painted gray as well, providing a neutral backdrop for bright toys and books. The room has a classic setup: a wardrobe, shelves for toys and books, a play area, and a work corner.
As for the bathroom, both the walls and the floor were covered in porcelain stoneware. The result? A spacious and comfortable room that the entire family can enjoy.
