It has been over a year since this large family settled into their newly revamped home.
The apartment’s original state was less than desirable, but that didn’t deter them; they were determined to breathe new life into it. A bold decision was made to embark on a comprehensive renovation.
The first step was to redesign the layout. They chose to merge the living room and kitchen, effectively turning the hallway into a part of the open living space.
They laid down spacious porcelain tiles throughout the floors, creating a sleek look. A lattice partition was installed to separate the hallway from the living area, and a sizable storage system for coats and shoes was added.
For the walls and ceilings in the combined kitchen-living area, they opted for a fresh white hue. At the center, a cozy sofa area invites relaxation. The custom-made sofa set features a special material called “phoenix,” designed specifically for this space.
To maximize storage, the upper cabinets extend up to the ceiling. The dining area was strategically placed closer to the living room, fostering a sense of togetherness.
One of the rooms was converted into a home office, taking advantage of the sunlit windows that overlook the bright side of the building.
Shutters were added to the windows, and the office was decorated in deep, rich tones, creating a warm atmosphere. A functional work area is situated by the window, perfect for productivity.
The bedroom boasts a luxurious emerald color scheme. A bed on a podium serves as the room’s focal point, providing additional storage underneath.
The wall behind the headboard is adorned with decorative black bricks, adding character to the space. The children’s room is also painted in vibrant colors, featuring its own work area.
The bathroom was designed with soothing shades of green, offering a modern aesthetic that captures attention.
