The transformation began soon after the new owner moved in. Disappointed with the worn-out interior, he was determined to breathe new life into the apartment. His goal?
A complete overhaul that would bring both style and function to the space.
One of the first bold moves was removing the hallway wall, merging it with the living area for a more open layout.
He installed laminate flooring throughout and gave the walls a fresh coat of clean, white paint.
The old front door was replaced with a modern one that featured a large mirror—instantly making the space feel bigger and brighter.
To the right of the entrance, a sleek open coat rack was mounted above a compact bench. An antique storage cabinet was added, offering sections for shoes, outerwear, and miscellaneous items.
The kitchen underwent a striking change as well. Along the left wall, he added a minimalist white cabinet set with a chipboard countertop.
The backsplash? Classic white tile that added brightness and simplicity.
He expanded the windowsill and turned it into a practical bar counter, ideal for quick meals or a coffee break. A cozy wooden dining table and chairs now sit closer to the window, completing the inviting setup.
In the living area, a soft gray sofa stretches along the wall, while a wooden-framed workspace fills one corner—perfect for working from home.
Because the bedroom was originally too tight, the dividing wall was shifted about a meter, creating enough room for a full-sized double bed.
Behind the bed, he installed a statement wall made of light laminate and hung a restored vintage mirror to add charm.
The bathroom and toilet were merged into one stylish space. The walls and floor were finished using a mix of white tiles, paint, and porcelain tiles designed to look like weathered wood.
Instead of a bathtub, he opted for a space-saving shower. The washing machine was tucked neatly beneath a custom countertop next to the sink, keeping everything tidy and functional.
