The new homeowners, a couple with their grown-up daughter, took a bold step in purchasing an apartment that had seen better days. Located in an older building, the space had not been renovated in years.
For a long time, no one was interested in this property—until this family saw its hidden potential and decided to take a chance.
As soon as they moved in, they wasted no time and immediately reached out to a professional design studio. The goal was to create multiple functional areas within the apartment to meet the needs of every family member.
In the hallway, SPC laminate flooring was installed, mimicking the elegant look of herringbone parquet.
The walls were painted crisp white, enhancing the sense of space. Between two cabinets, they placed a stylish bench with built-in drawers, coat hooks, and a mirror.
