My friend renovated his apartment, but there was no money left for new furniture. 🚪So he asked me to help give his old furniture a stylish look — without spending much.👇
🤗Even before we started, we had no idea the result would turn out so great, and that we could breathe life into an outdated interior.⚒🪑👇

We started with this old, dark brown dresser. It was solid and intact, but looked boring and outdated.
First, we gave it a thorough sanding, removed scratches, cracks, and the old varnish. Then we chose an unusual color scheme — yellow and dark turquoise. We wanted something bright yet harmonious.
We painted it in multiple coats for a rich, even finish. The handles were replaced with simple, round ones to add a modern touch.
We also refreshed the bottom drawer and added a contrasting handle — a small detail that gave it instant personality.
When we put the dresser back in place, we couldn’t believe it was the same piece. It became the focal point of the room — vibrant, stylish, and functional.
Now my friend proudly shows it to all his guests, and I’m happy that a simple, low-budget upgrade had such a great impact.
And you know what? After this experience, we want to transform even more furniture.
Turns out, even old furniture can become a designer piece — with a little love, creativity, and patience.
