🤔 I found this in my grandfather’s kitchen. Have you ever seen anything like it? I – haven’t. 🧐 Its appearance intrigued me a lot, especially since I had no idea what my grandfather used it for. 😵💫 When we were having breakfast and I saw what it was for, I was shocked that I hadn’t figured it out sooner. 😲👇
The object was small, with an interesting pattern, and looked quite old. It was made of sturdy material, slightly worn, but clearly well-used.
I picked it up, turned it around, and tried to guess, but nothing came to mind. I even asked my grandmother, but she just smiled and said I’d figure it out soon.
And so, during breakfast, I was watching my grandfather calmly sipping his tea. At one point, he took this mysterious object and placed it on the table.
Then, he carefully set his cup on top of it. I couldn’t believe my eyes! It was just a simple coaster!
Funny enough, for some reason, I expected it to be something more complicated or rare. I even felt a bit embarrassed that I didn’t figure it out right away.
But my grandfather, noticing my surprise, just laughed and said that when he first saw a coaster, he also didn’t immediately understand what it was for.
This moment reminded me that sometimes we look for complicated answers when everything is actually very simple.
