Living in a small town, this grandmother chose a neglected apartment with an outdated design, ready for a complete makeover. With determination and creativity, she partnered with a professional designer, ensuring every detail matched her taste.
Hallway
The 6.4-square-meter space was painted in soft tones, and the floors were upgraded with marble-effect ceramic tiles. A storage system with a coat rack was installed near the entrance, with a wardrobe opposite.
Kitchen
The kitchen remained separate from the living room, preserving its individuality. Marble-effect tiles were laid on the floor, while light-colored cabinets with glass-front doors lined one wall.
Across from the cabinets, a cozy dining area was created, featuring a table, chairs, and additional storage.
Living Room
The living room was warm and inviting, with parquet flooring and walls adorned with moldings.
A bookshelf and display cabinet lined one side, while a seating area with a sofa, armchair, and green ottoman faced the television.
Bedroom
The bedroom maintained the apartment’s overall aesthetic, featuring a built-in wardrobe reaching the ceiling and a wall-mounted television opposite the bed.
Bathroom and Toilet
Separate renovations enhanced practicality. Marble-effect tiles and moisture-resistant paint brightened the space, while the bathroom included a full-sized bathtub and a washing machine conveniently placed opposite the sink.
