The dwelling, dating from the 1960s, has been completely redesigned. The front door was first replaced.
To bring more light and space, the walls were repainted white. The floor was covered with large porcelain tiles, both practical and modern.
From the entrance, an elegant atmosphere is set with a refined console, a wall mirror, and a turquoise pouf adding a touch of freshness.
A large built-in wardrobe with mirrored doors harmoniously completes the ensemble.
Access to the kitchen was modified: the old opening was closed, and a passage through the living room was created.
A French-inspired sliding partition isolates the room. The floor and baseboards were clad in stoneware tiles.
In the living room, a beige corner sofa creates a soft and welcoming atmosphere. The room, central to the apartment, leads to all other areas except the bathroom.
The old balcony was removed, replaced by large French windows that flood the space with natural light.
Along the right wall, a sofa bed offers comfortable extra sleeping space. Opposite, a TV area accompanied by a faux fireplace brings warmth and conviviality.
The bedroom, accessible from the living room, is decorated in relaxing Tiffany blue tones.
The floor is covered with timeless-looking laminate flooring. The walls are enhanced with decorative moldings and mirrors.
The central bed, covered in pink fabric, is equipped with a lifting mechanism allowing discreet storage. Two bedside tables and a custom-made dressing table complete the decor.
A spacious dressing room, thoughtfully designed, includes electrical outlets and a ventilation system.
Finally, the bathroom has been redesigned into a single 6 m² space, combining shower and toilet.
The matte stoneware tile floor contrasts nicely with the glossy and mosaic-tiled walls, creating a modern and refined ambiance.
