His entire group of friends gathered in Overland Park to visit the village of Glenwood.
Even after all these years, Eloise could not reveal the secret of her long life.
She could only conclude that she and her twin sister had done something right.
Eloise and her twin sister have many memories and have witnessed many historical developments and events.
Eloise’s son, Paul Lyons, noted that they only started using planes recently, when his mother and aunt were born.
It was hard to believe how bad it was so long ago. Eloise was grateful for the beautiful celebration and the presence of many of her loved ones.
Her favorite birthday memory was hard to choose. Dancing with her sister is one of her favorite memories.
Paul believes his mother’s longevity is her optimism and the Scotch whiskey she drinks every day.
Eloise is 102 years old and can’t wait for more birthday parties.
