When my husband and I bought a wretched apartment the initial condition of which left a lot to be desired, even our relatives were skeptical and showed disbelief.
No one could imagine how we were going to make it a proper place to live, but we exceeded all their expectations.
We determined not to waste any time and started with the kitchen.
It, of course, was a great risk to obtain such a miserable apartment, but we saw potential in it and decided to show the world that it is possible to do radical renovation without workers’ and designers’ assistance.
Believe it or not, we did it all ourselves. The lack of money led us to make such a bold decision which we have never regretted later.
