In 2017, the mysterious ancient Egyptian history once more stunned humanity with its mysterious and giant creation.
A huge parted monument was discovered at Souq al-Khamis region in Cairo.
The workers attentively transported the parts of the huge statue for archaeological purposes.
As German-Egyptian experts stated, the parts of the massive creation were distinguished by the 19th dynasty royal statues.
They were revealed nearby King Ramses 2nd temple, located in historical Heliopolis.
The first find is a bust 80 cm in height, which belongs to King Seti 2nd made of limestone.
The second one is a destroyed part of an 8-meter-tall statue carved in quartzite, according to the experts.
However, there were no hieroglyphs carved on it though the archeologists found the statue at the entrance of the king’s temple.
So, they concluded, that it could belong to Pharaoh Ramses 2nd, which was the most powerful and well-known ruler of his time.
As is seen in the pictures, the huge monument was created of heavy metals, which was incredible to build in ancient times.
However, we need only remember the famous and amazing Egyptian pyramids and there will be no questions.
Such an incredibly advanced civilization actually existed so many centuries ago.
And, it still surprises us with its wonderful and mysterious historical findings.
