Jelle Fresen, a 37-year-old man, lived with his girlfriend Danielle Epstein. The couple led a peaceful and happy life.
But Jelle had serious health problems. The doctors finally gave an assessment – a brain tumor. It was a rare and very aggressive form.
Danielle, who was supposed to take care of her partner, decided to move away from him.

Jelle, who was a very friendly and quiet man, became depressed and nervous due to this illness. After a 17-hour surgery, Jelle had to relearn to walk.
He underwent radiotherapy for a month and a half and was also due to undergo chemotherapy for 9 months.
Danielle could not bear such a life, as it all damaged her mental health. According to the woman, there was no point in being with him, as she could not help him.
“I love him very much, I suffer from not being able to help him. But I’m powerless to do anything to help him,” Danielle explains.
The woman decided to do something in Jelle’s honor differently.
Danielle moved in with her father and, having never run before, started running several marathons to raise money for brain cancer research.
