A Utah resident said on social media that no one came to her son’s birthday party, because the celebration fell on New Year’s Eve.
As a result, the distraught birthday boy was showered with gifts and congratulations from complete strangers.
Nine-year-old Jayden’s mother, Rosario Lopez, he wrote a post in which he said he had organized a party with his son for his birthday and had sent the invitations in advance.
However, no one came to the party they celebrated on New Year’s Eve, neither friends nor relatives.
As a result, mother and son spent that day alone. In a post published in a local group,
Rosario apologized for the inconvenience and asked everyone for whom it was not difficult to congratulate her son in the comments and write him a couple of kind words.
However, the mother did not expect that her request would receive hundreds of likes, people would start asking their home address and would send gifts, things, toys and even come personally to congratulate the birthday boy.
In the comments, people whose birthdays fall on major holidays began sharing their feelings to cheer up Jayden.
