Meet this decisive and strong woman, Virginia Oliver who is known as “Ginny”.

Her story is very encouraging as she has been working on lobster ships for almost 90 years.

The grandma was born in 1920 on Clarendon Street in Maine and continues to live there.

The elderly woman has always been enjoying and admired her sea life since her childhood.

Later, after getting married to her husband, they made a new home nearby her sweet childhood home.

Then, had their 4 kids and lived their peaceful life together.

Ginny started her beloved fishing career when she was just 8 years old.

She used to go lobster with her dad and brother and sell the sea product to the local businesses.

Besides, she admits, that her favorite food is seafood, especially when she prepares homemade lobster rolls with grilled bun with her hands.

The brave centenarian grandma is well aware that she is enjoying her last days.

However, she adopted a motto that has always led her in life.

As she says “I’m not going to live for ages, so why to let it bother me?”.
