There are several dogs all over shelters waiting to be adopted.
Usually, shelter staff and volunteers do everything they can to properly care for these adorable doggies, support them and find them loving, warm homes.
This good woman, called Maisie Green, lives in Great Britain.

The 89-year-old grandmother knitted many blankets and coats for the dogs at the shelter. The kind granny wanted to protect the dogs from the cold of winter.
“I really like knitting and I also love dogs. So, I decided to combine my two great passions. I knit when I watch TV,” says Maisie.
She makes her donations three times a year, knitting blankets and also coats so that good doggies can warm up in winter.
Maisie Green has been doing this for three years and offers her gifts to four-legged friends a few times a year.

“Madame Green regularly brings knitted gifts and we are grateful to her.
I know our dogs like to use it and they like to warm up,” says one of the volunteers.
In the country, several dogs without families, rescued from shelters, are waiting for a warm home.
And Maisie’s modest contribution is very important. It’s a very kind gesture that warms the hearts of these furry friends.
