🍋 Zest of 1 lemon

How to Make It:

🔹 Cool & Blend – Allow the apples to cool completely. Then, add the sugar and lemon zest. Blend the mixture for about 5–7 minutes until it becomes smooth and fluffy. A food processor or blender works best!
🔹 Prepare the Gelatin – Follow the package instructions to dissolve the gelatin in water. Warm it gently until fully melted, but avoid boiling.
🔹 Whip It Up – Pour the warm gelatin into the apple mixture and whip with a mixer for 8–10 minutes. The more you whip, the fluffier it gets!
