This is a wonderful story about a nine year old boy named Benjamin. He’s so small, but he’s already done so much for the animals at the local shelter!
The guy works hard to get money for the expenses of the shelter which has thus become his too. What this boy is doing is truly incredible.
It started when he visited the local shelter with his grandmother. So, Benjamin understood the importance of volunteering.
From that day on, he decided to organize a lemonade sale.
And every year, he equips his little pavilion and starts selling lemonade, thus raising money for the cats and dogs at the shelter.
But that’s not all, Ben helps volunteers so they can get older doggies and kitties adopted.
He wants all the animals in the shelter to find a welcoming home as quickly as possible, because everyone deserves to be happy.
Not all children will be willing to donate the proceeds of their labor for charitable purposes, but Ben happily does so.
The money raised by Ben is used to buy food and products needed to support the dogs and cats in the shelter.
The local shelter has become a bit of its own too.
All the volunteers love this brave boy with a heart of gold and everyone knows his act of generosity: the magnificent contribution he manages to make every year.
At 9 years old, this child has already understood what he wants to do in life. The world needs more people like Benjamin
