The city of Paris announced: “We are going to extend discussions with unions to allow agents who are not in contact with the public to come and work with a dog or a cat.”
This wish was proposed by the mayor of the 5th arrondissement, Florence Berthout.
According to the written text, the presence of an animal in the office must be agreed with the head of the establishment and all members of the collective.
But it should be noted that Paris is not the first city to adopt this idea. It walks just behind Nice and Grenoble who decided before Paris.
