After a lifetime of loving J.R.R. Tolkien’s “The Hobbit” books, one man decided to turn his passion into a reality.
Upon his retirement, he set out to convert a cellar with a basement on his own property into a burrow house, similar to those of the hobbits in the beloved story.
However, this house comes with a warning: if you’re over 160 cm tall, you may want to look for accommodations elsewhere.
The owner of the hobbit house, who is not tall himself, realized that a house would be much more useful than a cellar.
Now, he lives happily in his hobbit-inspired abode, and fans from all over the world come to visit.
The house features an interesting door, made as close as possible to the one from the movie, and the interior is made of natural materials such as stone and wood.
The house is heated by an open fireplace, and even the toilet is in the same style, but not lacking in comfort.
Inside, the house is beautiful and cozy, while the exterior is no less fascinating and attractive.
The owner of the house admits that he feels great in it and experiences a sense of freedom and happiness.
There is no stress or pressure, just a feeling of blessing.
This man fulfilled his dream, and his hobbit house truly turned out to be fabulous.
