😵😍 Every morning, a cat comes to our little fish shop, carefully holding a leaf in its mouth — as if it were money — and in return, it asks for a fish. But one day, it came with its friends, and I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry at what they did.
Every morning, the cat arrives at our small shop. Gray, a stray, but with intelligent eyes — as if it understands everything. It holds a leaf gently between its teeth and sits by the counter, waiting for me to notice.
At first, I thought it was just a coincidence. Then I realized: no, it’s intentional. Every day, it places its “payment” in front of me and looks as if to say:
— Here’s my money. Where’s my fish?
The neighbors laughed, but I couldn’t resist — I started cutting a small piece of fresh fish for it. This went on for weeks: one leaf — one meal.
But one morning, I opened the door and nearly dropped my knife.
Three cats were sitting in front of the shop, and my old friend stood between them — serious, proud, like a real boss.
😲😲 And then they did something that left me not knowing whether to laugh or cry…

One morning, my cat didn’t come alone. It came with three friends — gray, striped, fluffy companions. Each of them held a leaf in their mouth, like a tiny admission ticket to our “store.”
My old friend began handing out the leaves to his friends, placing them neatly in front of them. All three sat down, patiently watching me. Their eyes sparkled, their tails twitched — you could tell they knew the rules: a leaf means fish.
I could hardly hold back my laughter. The neighbors peeked inside and whispered: “What kind of circus is this today?”
But I knew this wasn’t a game. The cats knew exactly what they were doing and waited for me to give each one a piece of fresh fish.
They sat so calmly, as if checking whether I was being fair. And only when I placed the fish before them did all three meow at once — satisfied and proud, as if they had received their well-deserved reward.
At that moment, I realized I had never seen such a well-organized “cat store” before.
