Wolves are dangerous predators. For humans, it’s better to stay away from them. Meanwhile, they are the essential inhabitants of forests. Thanks to wolves, the environment stays clean.
But it wasn’t enough for some people from a village near a forest and they complained about their forester’s attitude toward a wolf.
It was a usual freezy winter night when the forester heard sounds. When he came out of the house, he saw a thin wolf near the fence. The man realized that the animal was hungry, so he feed her with frozen meat.
It happened almost every day. The villagers weren’t content with what the forester was doing. They were afraid of being attacked by a wolf. The forester didn’t pay attention to the rumors and continued to feed the wolf.
He thought that leaving wolves hungry is more dangerous for humans than feeding them.
After two months the wolf stopped visiting the forester for food. People were content but the man was bored. He wondered about the reason that the wolf didn’t come back.
Then a miracle happened. It was a spring day when at night the man heard the same noises. He came out of the house and saw the mother wolf with two cubs.
Now he realized that the mama wolf hadn’t actually eaten the meat. She had been taking the food for her cubs.
Soon after arriving at the man’s place, the wolf left the place with her cubs and never came back.
It was a gesture of being thankful. In fact, wolves are dangerous animals but kindness is more powerful than hunger and death!
