Recently, there was a heart-melting reunion of two horses that were living apart for many years. Thanks to a horse sanctuary, the beautiful moment came true.
It all started when Phoenix – a wonderful mustang jumped off a catch pan. And once he was free, the horse came back to look after his lifelong mate Ghost, who was still captive inside.
Clare Staples – the CEO of Skydog Sanctuary saw the majestic jump of the mustang and decided to reunite him with his lovely girlfriend. In fact, it was not an easy task.
The woman wanted to adopt the whole family but all in vain. She was told that both of the horses would be back in the wild. But soon, during one of her visits, she noticed that Ghost wasn’t there. She thought that Ghost might be adopted.
A year passed, and Clare found out that horses wouldn’t go to the wild. She immediately applied for the adoption of Phoenix. The woman was so sorry for the male horse that was desperate.
But after 2 years somehow a miracle happened. Clare saw Ghost on the Internet available for adoption. Finally, she was able to reunite the lifetime horse partners. Now, these two are adopted by Clare and live with the woman!
