This amazing story happened (and is happening now) in Omsk, Russia. A woman was driving her car along the Frunzensky Bridge, and suddenly a live duck fell out of the truck in front of it!
The woman immediately stopped. The chick was not injured in the fall, stood up and was about to run somewhere. And cars drove around and the duck could immediately fall under the wheels.
Another car stopped nearby and its driver said that he saw ducklings crushed on the road. The woman picked up the baby and decided to take him with her – the truck had already disappeared from sight.
At home, the woman has two Shar Pei, and this is a hunting breed – how will they react to a duck? But at the first meeting, Ginger very favorably accepted the duck.
She herself “explained” to her husband, who at first was very suspicious of the new pet, that this was their “puppy”. By common agreement, the chick was named Woof.
He enjoys all puppy privileges; he is even allowed to eat out of dog bowls! With the onset of summer, the whole family moved out of town, where the trinity is very at ease. True, the owner has to wash them from dirt almost daily and choose burdocks from wool and feathers.
