Fennel, as the cat was called, was temporarily placed in the bathroom so that the owner had the opportunity to calmly prepare the “nursery”.
The next day, the woman placed the newborn tray in the bathroom, just to be on the safe side.
The nursery was almost ready, but it was important to finish some details. Nothing said that kittens could be born today, so after feeding Fennel, Jacqueline went to work safely.
But soon a very unexpected surprise awaited her … After returning, Jacqueline decided to take a break.
She lay down, but suddenly she heard a thin squeak, similar to the voice of a kitten: “I thought that I should go check everything, but then I doubted, because I was there quite recently when I was feeding the cat, and everything was all right with her.”
An hour later, the quiet meowing was repeated. Jacqueline jumped out of bed and ran to the bathroom.
“It was about 11:30 pm. I went in and saw that she had already given birth to three kittens!” says Jacqueline.
Two of them survived and have already started drinking mother’s milk.
A few hours later, the woman realized that the cat had another kitten, and she helped Fennel give birth. As a result, three out of five babies survived, and now they feel great!
Fennel and her three babies are comfortably settled in the new family, and they can rightly be called happy! The expectant mother was able to trust her owner, and she did not let her down!
