Once, a homeless dark Pit bull gave birth on a street.
A woman, named Stephanie, saw the dog was passing the street, with a puppy in her mouth.
Stephanie didn’t know how to help the poor mother, so she called rescuers.
The workers discovered the place the family was sheltered was nearby the woman’s apartment.
The mother dog was scared to death, and did not trust anybody.
She showed up her teeth when a human tried to touch them. Actually she was able to defend her little angels.
So, after a long and careful action, the staff finally put the doggy in a crate.
They were whispering some lovely words, until they transmitted all her puppies.
The staff took them to a local vet center and let the mother rest with her six cuties. But the doggy was still frightened, especially for her newborn babies.
After the workers gave her food, and a heated towel, on which she could have a rest, her behavior also changed.
Now she realized, that there was no danger at all.
So, she became more friendly with the humans.
The workers called the mother Jade.
But all night long, Jade was restless. She felt something bad happened. She cried and mourned all night, but no one realized what had happened to her.
The morning came, and Stephanie told the staff that she gave one of her babies to a neighbor.
And that the poor puppy howled the whole night, as she was far from her mother.
She confessed that it was a mistake, and brought the tiny creature back.
So the family again is reunited, and only after eight weeks they can be adopted.
