Police rescues dog left alone in a hot car in Florida thanks to a bystander: owners arrested

In summer people need to be more attentive to their pets and never leave them inside of hot cars. Sadly, too many people don’t realize how dangerous is to leave pets in cars. Each year many animals die because of high temperatures.

In 2021 there have been 30 hot car deaths by now.

Luckily, what happened this time didn’t end with a death thanks to a bystander that noticed a 10-month-old pup left alone in a hot car.

He immediately called the authorities without introducing himself. He just informed them about the poor pup and its location.

Police came in time and took the dog out of the hot car. It was all locked and no air conditioning was turned on. The pup was weakened and was close to death. He was put into a police car to be cooled off until the rescuers arrived.

Thankfully, the little dog survived.

According to the police, people owning the dog came back from shopping only 30 minutes late. They calculated that it would be late if a stranger wouldn’t call for help.
