Male lions never get well with their newborn offspring. The responsibilities of parenting lay on the female until cubs get older. It’s a rare thing to witness a lion that can’t wait to see his cub.
Rare, yet it happens. Recently, at Denver Zoo male lion couldn’t wait to see his 2-month-old cub for the first time.
The video was shared on Facebook, melting the hearts of many people. In the footage, the king of animals is crunching down to see and admire the beauty of his cub.
The zoo decided to introduce the tiny cub to his family. The baby lion finally met his 2 years old father. Soon the tiny cat will be available for public visits to the zoo.
The cub is used to his mom, dad and sister. He prepares to go public very soon. The zoo mentions that the cub has all the characteristics of a baby lion – he is energetic, curious and playful.
Neliah and Tobias are the parents of the wonderful baby lion. The cub still doesn’t have a name. There are three variations for him – Meru, Moremi and Tatu.
