Not only people but also animals are looking forward to the New Year. As soon as Amanda McComrick, a resident of South Australia, dressed up her Christmas tree, an uninvited guest appeared in her house.
A koala suddenly entered Amanda’s house. And this beauty was found not somewhere in a secluded corner, but right at the top of a Christmas tree decorated for the holiday.
The animal was not embarrassed by the fact that the owner was at home, and he climbed up the Christmas tree without any hesitation.
Probably, the attention of the koala was attracted by decorations, and therefore she did not want to leave the cozy place surrounded by bright toys and luminous garlands.
Here is such an early Christmas present found on the Christmas tree by the owner of the house.
Koala was caught red-handed, but even that did not make her run away as soon as possible.
Since the koala was in no hurry to leave, Amanda had to call a special koala rescue service (yes, there is one in Australia). The story of how a koala entered a residential building, climbed a Christmas tree and does not want to leave, seemed like a bad joke to the service staff!
Experts nevertheless arrived and saw this funny picture with their own eyes. Removing the koala from the Christmas tree was not so easy: she clung to the branches, pulled the tree behind her and grumbled with displeasure.
The stubborn was given the name Daphne and hastened to let her go free. After Daphne was removed from the tree, she was, of course, released.
Let’s hope this Christmas adventure puts her in the Christmas mood.
