Recently, a person called the authorities to inform them that he owns an 11-month-old female cougar at his apartment. The reason for abandoning the animal is as unknown as the reason for having her.

It’s possible that the owner realized it’s wrong keeping the cougar in a small place. Or maybe it got unsafe for him to stay in the same apartment with a predator.
