The cat is the guardian angel of its owner. In any case, this is how things are with the fluffy cat Gatubela and her owner D. L. Alvarez. Diana is a young mother of a baby.
Once the girl stayed in her bed in the room where the cat was with her, and her mother went to the next room for household chores. Alvarez then returned to the child and was surprised to see her daughter crawling on the floor.
However, Diana remembered well how she put the girl in bed. A video camera is installed in the room, and the girl looked at how her daughter managed to get out of the crib. What she saw startled her.
And the main thing here is not how the girl left the bed, but where the baby went. In the video, she is crawling towards a steep staircase leading down.
The girl would just fall off of her. However, in the room, in addition to her daughter, there was also the cat Gatubela, that noticed in which direction the girl was crawling, and immediately rushed to save her, forcing her to change the direction of movement. At the same time, the pet did not inflict even the slightest scratch on the little girl.
Only two jumps of the cat protected the baby from danger. Alvarez also took a photo of the staircase itself. She is not visible in the video, which may underestimate the scale of Gatubela’s “rescue operation”.
Thanks to her ingenuity, the cat saved the girl, if not from death, then from injury at least.
