Animals always amaze us with their ability to love and take care of each other. It is their nature to treat gently as human beings do.
This touching story is also about a unique friendship, which will melt your hearts.
Pea, a baby ostrich and Jotto, a small orphaned elephant, met each other at a sanctuary for the first time.
When the little orphan elephant was taken to Sheldrick Wildlife orphanage, he was about a one-month- old baby.
After the workers rescued him, they also brought two orphaned baby ostriches, named Pea and Pod, to the same shelter.
The shelter staff could not imagine that soon they would become best friends.
Then, a period later, they were transferred to the National Park in Nairobi, where they started a new, adventurous life.
Especially Pea and Jotto were inseparable. Pea was following the elephant all the time, giving all the love and support, that both of them needed so much.
Due to their lovely friendship, soon they managed to overcome their lost and stress, that they had before.
They spent their memorable days with sharing their company. They were so happy. Furthermore, they were energized, playful, and joyful creatures.
Hoping that one day they fully recover, become stronger and will return to the wildlife.
