Canadian establishment Otis & Clementine’s Books and Coffee decided that the author’s coffee alone would not be enough in addition to books and invited them to increase sales of adorable furry helpers!
You go to the store, choose a book, take a bonus cup of coffee… and the place is already taken!
Suddenly, another kitten is found on the shelf!
This is the point – the store agreed with a local animal shelter on a joint project. Kittens, being in an almost home environment, among people, socialize faster. Shoppers involuntarily linger in it, play with kittens, return and spread the word.
As a result, the number of customers, book sales, plus people are growing the kittens themselves – according to a simplified procedure, with minimal delays. Since the launch of the campaign, 30 animals have already been adopted.
As the project progressed, another positive side was found. The store allows you to read books right inside, tasting branded coffee, and now also in the company of kittens. For quite a few people, this has become a kind of discovery – but what, is it possible?
Do not be stupid in a smartphone, do not fill with alcohol, but spend your leisure time in an “exotic” atmosphere of home comfort. Book, coffee, kitten. The magic formula of happiness is available to everyone. But you need to make an effort on yourself and break out of the usual routine.
