When an animal is born, it’s so good to know that nature will welcome another generation of wild beasts. But when an endangered clouded leopard is born, it’s a big celebration at the zoo.
In the Oklahoma City zoo, a rare clouded leopard has been born these days.
The kitten was born under a program of breeding. The little kitten is so strong and energetic that everyone is surprised by the progress she makes.
She is doing everything on schedule which makes it easy for the zoo workers. Recently, she opened her eyes. It’s known that clouded leopard kittens open their eyes after about 2 weeks.
These cat species are considered the smallest but the fastest and strongest among other cat species. They have irregular spots on the fur that is similar to the clouds: that’s why they are called clouded leopards.
They come from the Himalayas but are adapted to many other territories on the planet.
Particularly this baby is under the care and for now, it’s impossible to meet her at the zoo. Very soon she will be able to meet people and amaze them with her indescribable beauty!
