One day, a family of farmers adopted a puppy named Ruuki. They had a small farm with domestic animals and poultry – ducks, goats and a red cow. Strange as it may seem, Ruuki befriended a cow.
The owners suggest that the baby lacked maternal warmth, and it was the cow that was able to give it to him in full.
But even when the dog grew up, their friendship did not stop. He still spent most of his time with the cow and never left her side. This would have continued further if difficult times had not come for the family. Due to financial difficulties, they were forced to sell their red cow.
When Ruuki saw that his girlfriend was being taken somewhere, he got scared.
The dog ran into the barn and began to bark loudly. Looking at the dog, the owners saw tears in his eyes …
Alas, they could not change their decision.
Ruuki was very upset by the separation from the cow. He stopped eating and drinking, when the owners tried to stroke him, he turned away. The dog no longer wanted to play, all the time he lay in the barn, where his girlfriend had recently been.
One day, the unthinkable happened. Ruuki ran outside and went in an unknown direction. And later, it became clear – where. With the help of his sense of smell, he found the place where the cow now lived.
As soon as he saw her, he wagged his tail and started running around. The friend was also happy to see Ruuki and licked him several times.
After that, the owners had no choice but to buy their cow back. When she returned home, the dog cheered up, and everything again became as before.
Well, the owners found another way to make money and decided that they would never separate these two friends.
